The ABCDisability app ("ABCD") generates a disability report "on the fly" as you navigate through the app and enter findings, history, and observations about the claimant.
The app starts with a "skeleton" report template. The template is fleshed out as you enter data. When you are finished entering data, the report is also finished. At that point you can edit to polish the report to your liking or just submit it to your state disability agency.
